Sales, Cancellations & Refunds:

When you purchase a 10 or 20 walk package you have 60 calendar days to use all the walks. You may schedule, cancel, and reschedule as needed without penalty. Please note that my schedule is made on a first come, first served basis. Please try to get your walk requests in as soon as possible. Package walks are scheduled only on weekdays Monday - Friday. Any remaining walks not used within 60 days will be forfeited.

Single walk purchases must be canceled by 10pm the day before the walk is to occur. Walks canceled after 10 pm the day before will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Drop-In and Cat Visits must be canceled 7 days before the start of the visits to receive a full refund. Cancellation within 7 days of the start of visits will be issued a 50% refund. 

You will be invoiced 50% to hold your dates - due immediately, and the remaining 50% is due 7 days before your booking begins.

All purchases of packages are final and cannot be refunded or transferred. The only exceptions would be moving out of my service area or the death of your pet, in which case all remaining services would be refunded in full.

Weather Policy

I will provide walks in all weather conditions except lightning and ice. These walks will convert to a potty break with indoor playtime. In the event of hazardous driving conditions, walks will only be canceled for Level 2 and Level 3 Snow Emergencies. In excessive heat conditions walks will be shorter to allow for the dog to access water more often.
